Student Symposium
The students symposium has become a regular event accompanying the Bernstein annual meeting. The main idea is to enable PhD students and young Postdocs to meet, present their work, exchange ideas, and discuss with the invited speakers in an informal setting.
Invited speakers
Tim Gollisch (MPI for Neurobiology)
Máté Lengyel (Cambridge)
Peggy Series (ANC, Edinburgh)
Registration for this event will be done together with that for the main meeting.
Based on the abstracts submitted for the main meeting, a few students will be invited to give short talks.
Schedule: talks will start at 9:30; symposium will end by 17:00. The full program is available here.
Lunch is provided in the FIAS Faculty Club for all registered participants.
