Changing your registration data
Once you have registered for attending, you cannot modify your account data via the web interface any longer. However, you are free to contact us to request post-registration changes.
To apply for modification of your order data or for cancellation, please contact us directly at support(at)bccn2009.org.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before 01. September 2009 will always get full refund.
Once you have registered online as an attendee, you may revoke your registration within 14 days after entering it, with full refund.
After that, the following rules apply:
- From 01. September 2009 to 22. September 2009, the refund amount will be 50%.
- From 23. September 2009 onwards there will be no refund.
